As Head of Design, I led and supported a growing team of 25+ talented designers, writers, researchers, and creative thinkers, all focused on redefining how businesses and customers connect. Our goal was to bring clarity and usability to a complex communications platform, making advanced tools feel approachable through thoughtful, user-centered design.


At MessageBird, I scaled the design org from 05 to over 25+ UX professionals, spanning across multiple crafts. I played a key role in launching several flagship products, including Inbox, a modern contact center experience, the Omnichannel Live Chat Widget, and a reimagined Dashboard that unified cross-channel communication. I also built core design functions from scratch, including Brand, Marketing, Design Ops, and Research, helping shape a more cohesive and design-driven product culture.
