Building the Engine Behind Global Operations

DoorDash's scale is staggering: over $20 billion in annual revenue, millions of daily transactions, and operations spanning three continents. Behind this complexity is a sophisticated network of internal systems that enable teams across Go-to-Market, Data & Machine Learning, and Merchant & Catalog to operate efficiently and make data-informed decisions at speed.




As Head of Design for Data & ML/AI, GTMT, and Merchant & Catalog within DoorDash's Design Foundation organization, I lead design strategy for the internal tools that power DoorDash's global operations. My work sits at the intersection of AI-driven systems, design operations, and enterprise tooling, building scalable platforms that empower thousands of employees across the US, Europe, and Latin America.




I lead design strategy for the internal tools that power DoorDash's global operations.

I lead a distributed design organization across three regions, with a special focus on establishing DoorDash's first design team in Latin America. This expansion represents both a strategic investment in regional growth and a commitment to bringing world-class design thinking to emerging markets.




My organization is responsible for designing the critical internal tools that support GTM teams, data scientists, ML engineers, merchant success teams, and catalog operations, systems that directly impact how DoorDash scales, optimizes, and innovates across markets.

Designing AI-Powered Systems for Global Teams

Leading design for internal tools means solving complex problems that most customers never see but that fundamentally enable DoorDash's success. From AI-assisted merchant onboarding tools to data platforms that surface insights for strategic decision-making, my team designs experiences that help internal users work smarter, faster, and more effectively.


I'm passionate about elevating internal tools beyond utility, creating thoughtful, intuitive experiences that respect the expertise of our power users while lowering barriers for new team members. Every interface we design has cascading impact: better merchant tools mean healthier restaurant partnerships; smarter ML platforms mean more personalized customer experiences; efficient GTM systems mean faster market expansion.

In close collaboration with seniors stakeholders across product, engineering, data science, and business operations, I drive design strategies that balance technical complexity with human-centered outcomes.




My work spans the full spectrum: from AI/ML tooling and data visualization to workflow automation and design systems that ensure consistency across our growing global footprint. 




Building DoorDash's design presence in LATAM while leading critical infrastructure design across three continents requires both strategic vision and operational excellence.
